WHAT I HAVE DONE IN THE LAST WEEK IN MY SCOOL????

                                                           what i have done in this week.
 In this week i have:-
                                    made a poster on asthma
                                    done an experiment on potatoes about digestive system(on the blog)
                                    written chronological writing on different subjects(some on my blog)
                                    read many books                          
                                    discussed about the assembly in library
                                    learnt some new websites in music
                                    understood the respiratory system 
                                    understood the digestive system
                                    learnt about the the parts of the lungs 
                                    learnt about different disease\ the respiratory and digestive system  
                                    learnt more about math (decimals)
                                    done many skips in p.e.
                                    had nice lunch
                                    learnt a new dance in activities(free style dance)

behaviour


REFLECTION

I am feeling very bad about my behavior because this was very bad to tease others and if they tease us we feel bad and shout at them. Our mistakes are spoiling the reputation of our class. I felt very bad when Mrs. Latha came and told us about behaving in our class and to respect others.

I have never been had such a bad feeling before. I never ever been got such bad remarks by any of my school teacher because I was very good behaving.

NOW FROM TODAY I PROMISE THAT IWAS WELL BEHAVING I AM WELL BEHAVING AND I WILL BE WELL BEHAVING.

DIGESTIVE SYSTEM


Potato juice

This was to understand about how our digestive system works.

Initially, we cut the potatoes in different so that we can have different results so; we can see how it is better. We cut the potatoes in big and crushed ones. We first filed a little bit of water and put some big pieces of it. We shake it meanwhile, it got dissolved later, and we threw all the water. After a while, we put crushed potatoes and again water and shake it dissolve                                     and it dissolved better. Then we strained it with the bigger strainer so the most water came out and then we strained it with the smaller one so the left over water also out. It means that in the small intestine the normal minerals come out and in large intestine the left over minerals are also taken out.

We also took a look about the food pipe by taking a straw and passing a crushed potato piece through it.

Yoga Exercise - Sun Salutation (Surya Namaskar)





The Sun Salutation Pose, also known as Salute to the Sun and Surya Namaskar, is a flowing series of 12 poses which help improve strength and flexibility of the muscles and spinal column. This pose also warms up the body and tones the abdominal muscles. So take your yoga accessories and learn how to perform the Yoga Sun Salutation Pose with the help of our animation and easy-to-follow steps.
STEP 1: Stand on your yoga mats and start with the Yoga Mountain Pose. Bring your palms together in prayer position. Exhale.
STEP 2: As you inhale, raise your arms overhead, keeping your palms together.
STEP 3: Exhale and then bend forward until your hands touch your feet.
STEP 4: As you inhale, step the right leg back, arch back and lift your chin.

STEP 5: Exhaling, step the left leg back into plank position. Keep your spine and legs in a straight line and support your weight on hands and feet.
STEP 6: Retaining the breath, lower your knees, your chest and then your forehead, keeping your hips up and toes curled under.
STEP 7: Inhaling, stretch forward and bend back. Keep your arms straight.
STEP 8: Exhaling, curl your toes under, press down into your heels, and lift your hips.




STEP 9: As you inhale, bring your right leg forward, with the top of the foot stretched out flat on the floor, and lift your chin.
STEP 10: Exhale and then bend forward until your hands touch your feet.
STEP 11: Inhaling, stretch your arms forward and over your head. Slowly bend backward from the waist.
STEP 12: Exhaling, gently come back to Tadasana.


As with all other Yoga Exercises and poses, make sure to perform the Sun Salutation Pose correctly to achieve optimum results. To be safe, you can use yoga straps or your Yoga instructor for assistance so he or she will be able to tell you how to do it the right way.

the respiratory system's work.

                                                          THE RESPIRATORY SYSTEM.
When we breathe the first system of our body that works is the respiratory system. There are many gases that we take in our body but when the air comes out from our body there is no oxygen in it. This is why because when we breathe in the air goes through the tractiea to the bronchi the into the lungs. Then inside the lungs the bronchi again is divided into hundreds of parts. And those parts are called boncheolle at the end of them the are some circled parts called alveoli. These alveoli filter the air and send them out again and the oxygen is send through the cappilaries into the blood.

my exciting holidays


CHRONOLOGY WRITING ON MY HOLIDAY

 These were the best holidays in my whole year. Initially I think that I am going to have a good time. Later I read my library books. The one book I read on that time was “EVA IBBOTSON’S MONSTER MISSION.” Another book that I had was “CHARLOTTES WEB written by E.B.WHITE.”

 During the holidays I went to a place called Nizamabad there I was born. It
was the place was I born my family lived thee from about forty or fifty years. I went there to meet my childhood friends. I lived there for five days.

When I came back I done my homework and went to my sister’s house. Later on I completed my homework.

 I came to school after two weeks and met my school friends had fun. It was a pleasant surprise for us to see that the fence which was there from when we came to school has come out and we also had a water place with smooth stones in it.

 Before going to home for holidays we had a surprise of a puppet show. Mrs. Diana challenged us that we should make some puppets many children in my school made those puppets and broke Mrs. Diana’s challenge but didn’t done. I was very sad but then I recognized that there is nothing to cry tomorrow I will make and come.
 I have done a lot of hard work in these holidays. I went to jamatkhana and
and played and prayed to my lord.

I am very happy to come back to school after these many days at home.
